Transportation Practices for Air, Road and Ocean for Temperature‐Sensitive Healthcare Products.
To be held in conjunction with IQPC’s 10th annual Cold Chain & Temperature Management Forum in Chicago September 24‐28 2012, the course will be of significant interest to all stakeholders in the logistics supply chain for temperature-sensitive healthcare products.
Today, temperature control is an integral part of a life science supply chain. A thorough understanding of all 'its moving parts' as well as every day challenges and responsibilities are essential to contribute value to its smooth and cGDP compliant operations.
Over two days (24-25 September), students will learn aspects such as the current Regulatory Environment, the importance of SOP’s and Quality Agreements, Good Temperature management and Quality Management. They will also be able to take part in practical demonstrations of packaging solutions and temperature monitoring as well as many other aspects of providing end-‐to-‐end temperature assurance across transportation modes.
